Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Carol Gaffney relocated to Singapore to join The Heritage Partnership as the Head of Operations. She is responsible for the smooth functioning of operations and continuous process enhancement across the entire Practice. She will support the broader team by providing operational and managerial guidance, monitoring client onboarding, and assisting with the rollout of our Private Client Services offering. Carol also works closely with the management team to devise and implement strategic plans to advance the Practice's overall goals.
With a Professional Diploma in Financial Advice and over 18 years of client-facing experience in the banking and financial industries, six of which were spent managing client relationships with St. James's Place International, Carol brings extensive knowledge and foresight to the team. She is known for her commitment to operational and service excellence and her ability to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels confidently and credibly.
